Easy Bin would like to reassure our clients that we are continuing to operate, providing it’s safe to our customers and staff. All of our rubbish collections have continued as normal, but we have adopted a few changes and policies.

We are continuing to monitor the latest advice from the UK Government, Public Health England and other sources and will update this policy in accordance with the latest advice.

  • Bookings: We will ask if you have any symptoms during the booking process and when our team arrive.
  • Payments: All payments will be conducted over the telephone.
  • Work sign-off: We won’t ask you to sign paperwork, but will do on your behalf instead.
  • Contact: If requested, we can be directed by telephone to where your rubbish is with no need for contact if you require. Communication can be conducted over the telephone.
  • Staff: Our staff are taking every precaution to ensure cleanliness, following government advice.
